    I bought my furniture over a month ago for my new house...... most of the furniture got delivered damaged..... some was replaced over 2 weeks period in multiple deliveries...... the dining table's glass top was delivered dameged twice....yes twice...... still waiting for a new one which they have in stock but can not open up a spot for me within a week...... worst experience of my life buying furniture from these guys...... would not recommend this Leon's even to my enemies...... over a month without a dining table which is paid for....... unreal......

    Amazing service while selling, they don't care after they sell. Sexist costumer service. ( his name is Mike) just be aware of him.

    Please advise your sales associate to stop showing their undies. Wear appropriate clothes. WE don't want to see your underwear / Thong.

    But this little beauty pissed me off the most; the guy who laughed at my mom because she doesn't know how to post to 'the yelp' or other social media. My mom may not know how to use those things, but I do. The elderly population is one that gets scammed and swindled often because of overloading confusion cause by customer service bases like the one at Leon's. No one wanted to assist. Everyone passed the buck. Folks the fridge sounds like a jackhammer on concrete; that nuts.

    I'm sure you guys have elders in your life. And I hope you believe it your job to take up the slack when people assume they can run all over them. My parents are right to believe that they should be treated as well as the customers that can shame you instantaneously. They are now waiting for someone to see, not necessarily fix, see the fridge on Monday evening, maybe Tuesday, Leon's is not sure. My parents are reasonable people, but Leon's lack of customer care was beyond off putting.

    Spend 3 hrs looking for bedroom set. Found the one I love. The sales associate whos helping us advised us how much we need to pay, but when it's time for us to pay its more than what she told us. She said that she put the discount twice. Told her and the manager that if we knew that the amount will be more, then we could choose the option b. They refuse to honor the amount that were been advised - manager said they can meet us halfway. Told her we will not be paying more than what were been told. They just wasted our time.. i will not recommend to go in that location or Leons alone.

    Furniture was damaged upon delivery. Replacement furniture was STILL damaged, and didn't fit with existing. Hardwood floors damaged. Chair was never delivered and was claimed to have been delivered by their computer system. No call-back from managers after two days after being promised by receptionist they would call back the same day. No reply to emails (maybe their computer is "broken" again?).

    I'm not a customer but my elderly parents, with a warranty are. You guys decided to screw with them when they called in for service. Their fridge has been making a buzzsaw noise off and on since Wednesday. It took a long time to get someone to respond back. The runaround began. One guy suggested they come in pick a fridge at their expense (till they sort it out), pay a service fee and it will get delivered next week or the next. Some lady told them they could get the fridge fixed at their expense and of course warranty not enforceable. And the last guy was special. He suggested they unplug their fridge, which is full of food, cause that would stop the noise.

    I wouldn't even bother with a replacement next time. If you made the mistake of buying from them, just return it outright and go get it from another retailer. The price is honestly not cheaper than even Costco.
