  Absolutely horrendous management and customer service. Found a pair of shoes that were smudged with dirt so I asked for a discount. Was given a condescending statement that it was already discounted because it's an outlet store. Well either you are in the business of selling brand new shoes or you are not. The manager gave me $5 off to clean them, but then tried to embarass me (asked me if I do this often at stores) for asking for the extra off. Again, if you're not in the business of selling dirty shoes, then that's fine, don't sell them to me. But if you are, and you're even going to give me a discount for it, then there's no need to give me extra attitude. I am purchasing them after all, and only asked for something respectfully. Anyways, not the kind of experience that I would want to feel especially being a longtime Nike customer.

  This place always have good deals, and friendly staffs. Those good deals and awesome training gears, you might be spending more than what you expected.

  Josh was a great help to my girlfriend and I when she needed proper attire for the gym. We were looking for an athletic pair of shoes that she could wear at the gym. He was friendly, spoke professionally and overall a great help to us on our visit here.

  This place is always busy and that's because it carries a lot of products. The shoe aisles are organized based on the style the shoes are used for. They have soccer shoes and outfits if you're looking for such thing. The prices are comparable and sometime a lot less than other stores. The staffs are very helpful. Line ups to pay can get long sometimes but it goes by pretty fast.

  Yall suck, u guys dont put jordan 1-30 in there, yall put those ugly ass jordans that arent even famous. Please put some windbreaker sweaters too to make it better.
